CHRISTMAS PARTY NAIL ART!

trading binario quanto anno guadagnato When it comes to Christmas and the party season apart from wrapping presents and decorating the house I go all out with pampering myself and getting as festive as possible with nails! Last year I did penguins, and this year I wanted to try to do a different style on each finger. I’m so pleased with how they turned out and they were so easy to do so I wanted to show you how you can do something similar with yours!

I’m trying to grow mine, so if you can prep before you paint you won’t be left with discoloured nails when all the partying is over!

binäre optionen mit bonus OK so seeing as Christmas is all about red, I picked out two different shades of the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel in bordeaux glow (the darker red) and rhapsody red. I love these gels, they are so thick and shiny and you don’t need a light to set them just the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel top coat. Plus they are much easier to take off than normal gel, you just use nail polish remover. These are incredible polishes, I tell everyone to have at least one in their makeup collection! I first got hooked on Sally Hansen with all the nail care and nail growth range when I was a teenager, and now I’m slowly building up the colours. The brush is really wide too which makes it a dream to paint your nails.

sildenafil köpa Once you’ve got two coats of colour on, let it dry. Have a bit of a me moment and let it really dry well because otherwise you’ll smudge the polish when it comes to painting nail art. I used nail gems which I picked up from the market and the Sally Hansen I Heart Nail Art Pen. At the moment this is free when you buy any two Sally Hansen products from Superdrug. Shake it really well to get the colour on the tip and then you’re ready to go.

konto micro forex For my thumb I did a christmas tree just by doing zig zags and a gem at the top. Try to do all the designs with the top at your cuticle, then it looks the right way up in photos…..it’s all about the Instagram pictures right?! Next along I did two silver lines and two lines of gems. I painted this on the ‘bordeaux glow’ colour so it stood out more. To stick the gems on wait until the silver pen has dried, then paint a coat of the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Top Coat on and stick on the gems, then put another layer of the top coat on to secure them even more. The snowflake is my favourite and actually really easy to do. Just draw a cross, then another cross diagonally so you’ve got your eight lines and then add on the little flecks. Then put a gem in the middle. Next was my present so again first do a cross, then add little circles for the bows and then a gem in the middle. Finally, for my little finger because I love sparkles so much I covered the whole nail in gems. If you can’t go all out at Christmas when can you??

sistema de comercio fenicio Then paint a layer of the Sally Hansen gel top coat over the top to make them really shine and it will help the nail art last for longer when you’re out partying! There are over 40 shades in the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel collection as well as the top coat and you can get one for £9.99 here  I really want to see your festive nails so make sure you tag me (@talkbeckytalk) and I’ll be reposting your pictures! Which is your favourite nail? Love Becky x

A Day In The Life of a YouTuber

binäre optionen volatilitätsstrategie It appears miracles can happen. Never ever did I think I would be able to leave the house and go a full day not only without topping up my powder, but without even putting much of it on in the first place. I have always suffered with shine, and as the day goes on my makeup slides off and it just seems to get worse. Garnier set me the challenge of putting their new Pure Active Matte Control to the test. It’s an anti-shine anti-blemish moisturiser that claims to be able to control shine for 8 hours non-stop. Being the cynic I am, I didn’t think that one product alone could do this. So I mixed things up a little, and filmed an entire day in my life showing every step of the day and my skin and makeup. I mean, if the shine was going to show, I wanted you there to be able to judge it for yourselves! I was a bit on the tough side too, I actually put it through its paces for about 10 hours.

Here’s the product that’s about to shake things up in the moisturiser game. It’s all about shine control for combination to oily skin. First of all I love the texture, it’s a gel consistency but not as thick and waxy as some of my favourite primers like Benefits Porefessional or Becca which I know divide you when it comes to how they feel. Instead it feels like satin because it’s actually a gel. I literally couldn’t stop putting this on it made my skin feel so good and definitely looked a lot smoother. It smells nice, quite subtle, similar to other Garnier products if you’re familiar with those. That wasn’t the test for me though, as soft as it might be, I needed it to hold my makeup and stop any single bit of shine developing.

I got ready with this as part of my morning routine, went to brunch in this, took the dogs for a walk in this, filmed under my lights with this and relaxed by the fire in the evening with this. 10 hours later and not one bit of grease or shine. I felt defeated, and I loved it. So much so that I raved about it in my monthly favourites and daily skincare and makeup routine. It contains mattifying Airlicium and Salicylic Acid which is the little miracle combination that explains the shine control.

One other thing for me that stood out was how hydrated my skin felt at the end of the day. Usually when I’m packing primer and powder on my face by the end of the day I have dry patches, hence why I seem to have such combination skin at the moment. This didn’t do that, so it’s a moisturiser and primer in one. And if you have combination or oily skin like I do, I would pretty much expect this will become your go-to product like it has mine! It’s £6.99 so being a 2 in 1 product, you are getting so much for your money. Sometimes when I find something for shine control it’s high end and expensive can make it more of a treat rather than a daily product. That’s why I really wanted to tell you about this in hope that it helps some of you who have the shine problem like I do!

Now my fear of leaving powder at home has changed into my fear of leaving this! But judge it for yourself – the camera can’t lie! Here’s a day in my life….product aside it’s a chance to be a little nosey and watch me filming behind the scenes and what I get up to in a typical day! Love Becky x
